  1. For Americans and Canadians on a Princess Cruise, Princess takes care of the visas for a fee:

    AUSTRALIAN VISA/ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORITY (ETA)
All passengers, excluding Australian and New Zealand passport holders, are required to obtain an Australian visa or ETA. For your convenience, a USD $20.00 per person service charge for ETA processing was added to your booking (U.S. and Canadian passport holders only). To ensure successful ETA processing, please complete your Passenger Immigration information on the Cruise Personalizer no later than 45 days prior to your departure date. If you are not a U.S. or Canadian passport holder, or decide not to utilize our services, as indicated by the removal of the USD $20.00 per person service charge, please make sure you have independently acquired an Australian Visa or ETA in advance of sailing.
